eDigest provides managed web hosting via HostManaged and self-help web hosting via eDigestHost. The eDigest Support Team fields technical support requests for both HostManaged and eDigestHost.
How can I contact Technical Support about a problem? Where can I submit a support request?
The eDigest Support Team is available day-in, day-out. Anyone may start a support conversation by sending an email to [email protected].
Managed clients may receive priority support by sending an email to [email protected] or by contacting your assigned Concierge Support Team Member directly.
What information should I provide when I contact support?
In order for us to provide the fastest, most efficient support please start a conversation about one issue at a time. With each support request, please provide the following information:
- Your cPanel user name or domain name
- Your IP address (visit What-IP.net)
- A description of the problem including any error messages
- Steps to reproduce the problem
